From kitchen design to the open road.
Two trades, one standard of craft: do it right, or don't do it.
Over 20 years in kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
I started designing kitchens and bathrooms for Home Depot in 2005, spending four years in the kitchen design department. They taught me to follow NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) guidelines — and I became Home Depot's top kitchen designer and seller.
In 2006 I started my own business, The Kitchen Group, and partnered with Rio Marble and Tile in North Hollywood, contracting projects from China, California to Hawaii. I've worked with general contractors, developers and homeowners on everything from single-unit jobs to multi-unit projects — design, demo, and installation of kitchens and bathrooms, start to finish.
Contracting runs in the family.
I'm from a family of general contractors and builders. My father has been a general contractor since 1994, and my brother is a general contractor too. My profession spans the kitchen and bath remodeling industry and the transportation industry — I do it all: remodeling kitchens, moving, installations, and shipping.
My team of workers is hand-picked by me and has worked with me for many years — the same crew you'll see show up on move day.
Why VimGO exists.
I own a huge box truck that I originally used to pick up cabinets and countertops for my remodeling clients. That truck turned into a moving company — I named it VimGO LLC, after my first-born son. "Vim" is his middle name — it means vigor, energy, vitality.
I'm extra careful with deliveries, and I teach every worker on my crew to handle your merchandise as if it's their own. We're fully insured, and we protect your cargo all the way to its destination — small or large, near or far, dock-to-dock or straight to your door, interstate and intrastate.
